Description
ProFect 2355 is a fast curing water based polyvinyl acetate PVAc adhesive stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol, specially designed for woodworking applications. It provides strong bonding for parquet flooring, doors, and wrapping of chipboard, MDF, or HDF with paper foil, and is suitable for both cold and hot presses. ProFect 2355 can be applied via nozzle, roller, or brush, and supports foaming of up to 50 percent air to optimize coverage. It offers excellent water resistance EN 204 D3 and consistent performance when substrates are free from dust, oils, and release agents. The adhesive is ready to use, can be diluted with water if necessary, and is easy to clean with cold or lukewarm water. ProFect 2355 ensures reliable bonding at wood moisture levels of 8 to 12 percent and coat weights of 90 to 160 g/m², delivering high quality, durable results in parquet and furniture production.
