Description
TECHNOMELT PUR 270/7 is a polyurethane based hot melt adhesive, manufactured by Henkel and designed for edgebanding, straight line and softforming applications in furniture and panel processing. It delivers high initial bond strength and through chemical cross linking over a few days results in a very strong final bond that resists heat, moisture and cold. Once cured, PUR 270/7 forms a tough waterproof bondline with excellent heat resistance over 150 °C and good flexibility at low temperatures. Its clean working nature and compatibility with standard roller or nozzle application systems make it a reliable choice for edge bonding of materials such as solid wood, veneer, melamine, HPL, PVC, ABS, PP or similar panel substrates. PUR 270/7 produces tight, durable joints and is particularly well suited for high quality cabinetry, furniture or interior panel work where strong, long lasting edge adhesion is required.
