Description
GARDOL® is a specialised protective coating designed to prevent the unwanted build-up of cold adhesives and glues on machinery and equipment. Developed to improve workflow and reduce downtime, it provides a clean, effective barrier against a wide range of adhesives, including casein, polyurethane, epoxy, PVA, melamine, resorcinol, phenol, starch, polyester, urea, polysulphide, and vinyl. Suitable across multiple industries, GARDOL® can be applied to shafts, turntables, label fingers, plastic guards, return chutes, doctor blades, roller ends, latex tanks, glue pots, drive shafts, overspray areas, cylinder journals, trays, holding tanks, press equipment, and roller systems. Treated areas remain protected until washed down, making it an economical solution where only a light coating is required. GARDOL® contains no silicones and is completely biodegradable, making it safe for use around sewage and septic systems.
