Taklok 4100 is a fast-setting, high-performance water-based adhesive produced in house for carton manufacturing on high-speed production lines. Taklok 4100 delivers strong, reliable bonds on all carton board materials and corona-treated PE. Developed for clean, consistent jetting applications, it is suitable for use on multipoint gluing lines including Jagenberg®, Bobst® and Diane®. Taklok 4100 has been engineered to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. Taklok 4100 is fully compatible with glue detection systems, including HHS®and VALCO®. It is widely used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical, food and other packaging.
