Description
Garys Glue D3 is a fast curing one component water based adhesive designed for wood and laminate bonding where moisture resistance is required. Rated to water resistance class D3 under EN 204, 205 it is suitable for cold, warm, and high frequency presses as well as veneering applications. The adhesive has low viscosity, providing easy application via roller, nozzle, or brush, and delivers strong, durable bonds for panel boards, furniture, kitchen tables, and frame wood in wet or humid environments. Approved for indirect food contact according to FDA 21CFR175.105, it ensures safe and reliable use in furniture and interior joinery. Garys Glue D3 works effectively with wood moisture levels of 7 to 15 percent and coat weights of 120 to 2000 g/m². Open time is up to 5 minutes, with press times ranging from 30 seconds for veneer to over 5 minutes at 20 °C, depending on the pressing method.
