Technomelt EM 325 is a high-performance synthetic polymer hot-melt adhesive manufactured by Henkel, specially formulated for reliable labelling of PET bottles with paper or plastic labels, suitable for the Deposit Return Scheme (DRS). Engineered for use on roller, segment, or nozzle application systems, it provides strong wet tack and excellent adhesion for both pick-up and overlap bonding, ensuring labels remain secure even under challenging conditions such as moisture or condensation. The adhesive is dispersible in caustic soda, allowing removal from PET during the recycling process and supporting sustainable packaging operations. It is suitable for beverage and PET container labelling applications on medium- and high-speed automatic labelling lines.
