Description
TECHNOMELT KS 220/1 is a high performance hot melt adhesive, manufactured by Henkel, formulated for edgebanding and edge bonding of panels using common edging materials such as veneer, ABS, melamine, PVC, HPL, PP or wood veneer. It delivers excellent wetting, produces tight joints and high final bond strength while allowing high glue mileage. KS 220/1 maintains clean running and low viscosity, permitting reliable bonding even at relatively low machine feed speeds. Its properties make it suitable for edgebanding on both through feed and contour machines. The adhesive excels at producing secure, durable bonds on edging materials, making it a dependable solution for furniture, cabinetry, or panel manufacturing where consistent edge bond quality is required.
