TECHNOMELT Pro 135 is a high performance, mineral oil free hot melt adhesive manufactured by Henkel, specially formulated for labelling PET bottles, metal cans, and other containers with paper or plastic labels. It offers strong wet tack, high elongation capacity, and excellent adhesion even under expansion or contraction of containers, for example from carbonation or cold filling conditions. The adhesive’s low VOC, odour free formulation meets food safety and hygiene requirements while avoiding sticky residues or label staining. Designed for roller or nozzle application, Pro 135 delivers very good machinability on medium to high speed automatic labelling lines and is suitable for both reel fed labelling and magazine fed paper label processes.
